With over three decades of experience, she combines therapeutic massage with psychic healing and chakra balancing to support deep relaxation, inner harmony, and overall wellbeing. Her work gently helps you move through challenges of body, mind, and spirit, and reconnect with your inner balance on your soul journey.

Focusing on inner balance can be deeply empowering in times of external stress and change. Arati begins by scanning the aura to identify areas of strength and imbalance. As she works with deeply relaxing massage, she helps you to recognise your own gifts and to release and shift blocked energies.  This healing process includes channeled messages, affirmations and spiritual healing.

Arati is highly skilled in relaxation massage, sports massage, and Chinese acupressure, and is a certified Reiki healer. She also holds a degree in Counselling and Communication and has studied chakra energy extensively in India. Her psychic abilities have been developed since childhood, and she channels this awareness to support your healing process.
